Yuen Yuen Ang, political science professor at the University of Michigan and author of the book, China's Gilded Age, argues that the US and China have more in common than we usually think and that it makes more sense to see the conflict as a clash of two gilded ages instead of a clash of civilizations.

Many of the problems in the US are from people like him, a liar in the mask of intellectual. he knows something but not 100%, but mainly speaks with an ulterior motivation - hated, envy and superiority feeling, these are the source of self deceiving bias make him not willing to see truth when its about China. the basic premise is all wrong, america is not, never had been real democracy, nor democracy = merit or virtue.
